There are very similar posts elsewhere, but couldn't see exactly the same circumstances...
I had two programs set into the scheduler as 'record every day at this time' - which followed each other on the same channel. (NOTE - The 2nd tv card is not in use for recording, I only use for remote).
The 1st program in epg was to start @ 18:25, length 10 mins,
the 2nd program in epg was to start @ 18:35, length 23 mins
But, I have pre and post padding values set to 2 mins before and 5 after.
The 1st program started @ -2 mins as expected, but the recording ended @ 18:33
The 2nd program started @ -2 mins as expected, but the recording ended @ 18:40
I can see from the log the the reason for this was the 2nd program caused the first to 'stop' and the 1st program caused the 2nd to stop - eek!

Note that the 2nd program was _not_ recording after 18:40 so the last entry in the log didn't actually have any effect..
I have my DVB-T card in settings 'This card can decode' set to 3.
Is this is a known issue?
