Hi,

Are you using singleseat TV or multiseat? Is this a clean install or do you have any third-party plugins installed?

I think it would be worth doing a complete uninstall of everything, including your TV database, and reinstalling from scratch. This is a very strange problem, and only one other person claims to have seen it, but without logs we cannot be sure if it is the same.

As I understood the problem happens with videos in MyVideo too.
So, it is not only TV problem.
That's why I insisted to make debug logs with MyVideo 'cause it seems a simplier case than checking TvPlugin.
But it was not done.

sorry, video and recorded tv would not make a difference...
I try to reproduce with my videos again.

maybe i have to correct myself - but i was not able to reproduce the error with my videos again.
in recorded tv it was "easy" to get this failure.

any new suggestions?
