Recordings seem to record but are empty (1 Viewer)

Im having an anoying problem in that my schedueled recordings start etc but when i go to play them nothing happens. upon closer inspection the files at 0kb this happens on say 80% of recordings which makes the scheduled recordings feature pointless for me. Otherwise its working amazingly well. channeel changes are reliable! and epg population is correct all of the time.

I cant figure out why most of my recordings are blank though. my recording format is .ts but ive tried mpeg aswell with no change.

does anybody have any idea why this is happening. If i can get the recordings to work this would be perfect?
