Refresh Rate Error (1 Viewer)

MediaPortal Version: 1.4.0

Description
ERROR:
Cannot access a disposed object.
Object name: 'SuicideForm'.

Strange enough, the exception do not appear in the log files.
Happens only after upgrade to MediaPortal 1.4.0 from 1.3
tested with all plugin updated to 1.4, or removed if not supported.

Steps to Reproduce:
Enabled Dynamic Refresh Rate in Configuration.

First time Refresh Rate is changed everything goes fine.

When you finish or stop the video, Refresh Rate back to 60fps. All fine.

After that, going to the main menu or selecting other video that requieres other refresh rate...

Found culprit, My Anime 3 Window message hooking causes shortcircuit with SucideForm in RefreshRate.
(Probably Forwarding Windows Messages to a Disposed Form)
