Is it possible to make a resacn where i keep the names of the channels but only add new ones and update existing?
Just so i dont have to rename them again, and match them to my XML file.. Yes i'm lazy :)

    Hi caveman

    Rescanning will not change the names of your existing channels. It will update the technical details if necessary and add new channels, but it won't mess with the names. Sounds exactly like what you want. ;)

    If you're concerned then export the channel list before you scan so that you have a backup. ;)
