A short update for all who might have the same issue:

When you are using server media sources (UNC network paths), you need to make sure to enter valid network credentials to access them. If you are using multiple clients, this step has currently to be done on each client. In future this is planned to be solved by introducing "global" settings which apply to server and all clients.

The failure itself occured, because the creation of a NetworkResourceAccessor failed and the StreamedResourceBridge was used to stream via the server. This is slower and also not supported in TsVideoPlayer.

Please refer to our wiki page for more details: http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/2_MEDIAPORTAL_2/2_Setup_Guides/Media_Sources#Network_Path

Thanks for clarify this. I don't know I need to add them on each client so maybe this is the reason for some pretty slow responses on my bedroom client. Will test this asap...

It seems, that this solved my problem!
Only when resuming from standby, it takes up to 45sec until the server is connected.
If I restart MP2 after resume, the connection is immediatly there.

Is there any news on this problem?
I still experience this on all my clients, when resuming from standby. Sometimes it takes very long until server connection is re-established...
