Restart MediaPortal on resume (1 Viewer)

Edited restart.vbs to remove that switch

MediaPortal is now doing what it's supposed to on resume without the need for a 3rd party app.

Whether there's any other knock on effect I don't know, but for now I'm a happy bunny

Hi guys,

I created a bug report here.

For those who make the change to the script file themselves, perhaps if there are any follow-on issues discovered, details should be posted to the bug report thread.
