jimbo19 - device manager does not show holtek. It is seen in EventGhost, in Configuration, under autostart - "Plugin: HID: HOLTEK....". This is the entry the shows for the Generic HID plugin, once you have installed it. Remember you need to install that plugin three times for all buttons to work - a bit unobvious but it worked.

Imported your file but obv id's wrong for my particular rf518 - will either just copy yours or see if I can edit your xml and change id's
