Re: Rockstar Beta 1.0.x - the ultimate online music plugin (Spotify&Grooveshark)

I have black glass nova, and i can see that it should be supported.

I run Mediaportal 1.1.3, and i have installed all three files without luck :

Rockstar_1.0.4.mpe1 (918.6 KB, 161 views)
Rockstar_1.0.3.mpe1 (918.6 KB, 178 views)
Rockstar_1.0.5.mpe1 (918.6 KB, 105 views)

Can you send me the skin files, or help me in some other way ?

By the way nice job !!

    Hi,

For MP 1.1.3 you need Rockstar 1.0.3.

What comes to Black Glass, for some reason Rockstar skin files are not installed by the Black Glass Installer event it states here blackglass - Project Hosting on Google Code that Rockstar is supported.

You can try to dig skin files from there in source repository, there should be rockstar.xml.

Rockstar support has been added in the current Black Glass svn for Mediaportal 1.2.0.

That's the reason why the files are not included in the current stable release.

Im using this plugin for a few days now. Its very cool!

But i still have some issues:
playlists are not all loading.. i have the idea that only the longer lists don't work
i first have to switch of my TV. Otherwise i have my tv sound and spotify sound...
how can i delete my default playlist?

    Hi,

I have no problem loading playlist with 200 songs. Spotify playlist servers have quite often some problems so this might be the cause. If you want I can take a look at your problematic playlists if you share and set those public in Spotify.

Stopping a TV or any other playback in Rockstar plugin is a known issue and might be fixed in version 2.0. You cannot delete default playlist but in 2.0 version you can clear it to be empty. There is no scrobbling option in Rockstar.

Could you try sending in private message URLs to your problematic playlists? In Spotify client, right-click playlist name and "Copy HTTP Link".

    oekie:
Use the original Spotify client to check for songs with a "chain link" next to it. It means that you have a old version/link of that song. Change to the new link by pressing the chain link to add the new one. Do that for all of the songs that have the link and it should probably load fine.
At least it did for me!
