On Saturday my daily update using xmltv & webepg refreshed all channels except RTE1 & RTE2 and still have no data today. Nothing has changed on PC or MP and this has worked for over a year without fail. Maybe a change to the BBC radiotimes website?

Hey. I have the same problem. I'm not too sure how the WebEPG system works so it's tricky to figure out whats going on. Just by googling I found this which look to be an uptodate listing for RTE1 http://xmltv.radiotimes.com/xmltv/231.dat. I havn't found one for RTE2.

I think it sould be fairly straightforward to put together a modifier script for xmltv to include this data. I'l look into the grabbers and try to see what can be done.

Let me know if you sort anything out. Ill keep you posted on mine also.

Edit: Just found the full channel list here http://xmltv.radiotimes.com/xmltv/channels.dat
So RTE1 is at http://xmltv.radiotimes.com/xmltv/231.dat and RTE2 is at http://xmltv.radiotimes.com/xmltv/1870.dat so at least I have something to work with.

Nice to know I'm not alone! I'm pretty sure something similar happened to the BBC website about a year or so ago, whereby they had made a small change. see this thread:

https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...s-grabber-54613/?highlight=webepg+bbc+website

although in this case it seems to only affect some channels. Maybe the id number has changed, e.g. 231.dat or 1870.dat?
If you're out there James, could you take a look?

pity its not possible to get epg from epg grabber and webepg because RTE1/RTE2 transmit 14 days EPG, not just now & next. I tried to grab epg for these 2 channels and I ended up with no data for any channel even though the rest of them should have got data from radiotimes

Yup, its all fixed. I guess it must have been that the radiotimes listings didnt update correctly over the last few days. It's useful to know for future reference, if no data is available in tv guide, just check the source as the most likely root cause.

Also I think Ive figure out how to sort out some WebEPG channel mismatches from looking in detail at the file cods and filestructure. Mediaportal is some piece of work!
