Looks like broken link to me. Try to contact author of MP plugin.
...if ot is WMV stream, you can try to enable MS DMO decoder - START - SAF - MS DMO - enable.
Hoborg, I've been trying to further research the MPEG2 DXVA issue I have on my HTPC. Using latest SVN on both my HTPC/Desktop, my HTPC has very bad stuttering in MPEG2 DXVA though my desktop does not. ATI3200HD and Athlon X2 5200+ vs. Nvidia 8800GTX and e6600 Core2Duo.
I read in the 24102 SVN thread some comments about even the 3400 being too slow to de-interlace, is it possible that my HTPC hardware is not good enough to have DXVA on MPEG2? This hadn't crossed my mind because I can watch DXVA MKV at <3% CPU (1080p).

I am interested to know how the ASUS m-ITX board will do with MP and HD material playback, Tom's Hardware and AnandTech had some reviews on the board, but it wasn't that clear if the MB could handle all the workload. Specifically, how is the load time and screen transition time with MP? Can you play all the VC-1, H.264, TrueHD, DTS-MA that you throw at it without straining the system? Love to hear your feedback and comments!

well till now - all kind oh HD material ist running smooth clear ...
only a little "stotter" is in 1080i @ Sky-Cinema/sport/disney-cinemagic-HD
but that is a known problem --- and i think better driver will solve that 2 ...
YES - also 1080p movies from HDD running ...
best container *.MKV fullHD is running with this cool perfect SAF and a ION board ---
and i think it is not importat anymore which board (if asus or Point-of-view or foxcon)
more important that hoborg will be alive

Hard to tell.
Your HD TV is using MPEG-2 1080i?
All i know is that MP 1.1 changed something and now you need better hardware to deinterlace 1080i (but i was thinking it is only h.264 problem).
You can try to use GB-PVR + SAF for HDTV, if GB-PVR play TV OK, you can blame MP from this.
HT3 CPU is recomended too, becouse of adaptive deinterlacing.
We have a mixture of SD channels and HD channels, with PDVD DXVA on (for MPEG2), I get bad stuttering on HD channels but SD is ok. If I disable PDVD DXVA (for MPEG2), both SD channels and HD channels work without jitter though CPU is higher and less quality.
My CPU was the X2 before HT3.0, mine is only HT1000 (Brisbane X2, Kuma X2 has HT3.0).
I will try GB-PVR tomorrow, though I do hope it's not MP as I can't really afford a new CPU, I was saving for a NAS
Are there are other options I could change in CCC to optimise de-interlacing?

That is only my tip for new CPU if you by some rason decide to change AMD CPU...
Seems to be "perfect" for HTPC.
i get this error
excuse me, i didn't start the programm as Administrator so after do this i get no error.
But it dont work after the enable.
What kind of catalyst do you prefer?
