Re: SAF v4.00beta (StandAlone Filters) - DXVA ready (MPEG2, H.264 and VC-1).

Ok I'll try it out.

Maybe I try to run klite and SAF together - installing MP first than klite and afterwards SAF unlocked edition.

Re: SAF v4.00beta (StandAlone Filters) - DXVA ready (MPEG2, H.264 and VC-1).

Hi Hoborg,
I have a problem that video is delayed in TV when using AC3 track. With mpeg audio track it is perfectly synchronized.
With bluray, h264 content and DTS or AC3 (dolby digital) it is synchronized.
As it is only the AC3 track being too early, and this only in TV (and TV recordings) I don't think my hardware is too poor.
I tried ac3filter, ffdshow, PDVD, MPA, ... codecs.

Do you have any clue?

any one else have this issue?

I do have a similar problem with live HDTV. Everything works fine but then after 5 minutes (+/-) the image and audio starts to get "distorted", however it seems to continue playing. I can stop and start and everything works again for another 5 minutes.

@BrownGhost: do you have a solution for your problem?
@all: does anyone else have a similar issue?

Btw: I am on the lates beta of SAF (downloaded this morning) and a ION platform system.

Thank you for your suggestions.

Re: SAF v4.00beta (StandAlone Filters) - DXVA ready (MPEG2, H.264 and VC-1).

Can you please let me know how to play a bluray disc structure back correctly? Or at the least, play the movie file (m2ts)? As of now, I have SAF unlocked, all settings are the same, and I've added .m2ts to the MP configuration.

When I try to play the movie, the screen blinks black for like .5 second and then just brings me back to the moving pictures page.... so I can't play it. any ideas??

    Hoborg,

Can you tell if the latest SAF support 64bit OS?
I upgraded my system and have a lot of problems when I install SAF. I gues it is installing/registering only 32bit stuff.

    Am I right?

    Never mind this question...
Thanks for the responce, indeed it is no SAF problem.
It was a bad 64bit driver who should drive my Digital TV card. (anysee E30TC)

    I switched back to W7-32bit:(

    AW: Re: Cyberlink Codec gone?

    Hi,

I cannot see CyberLink Video Decoder (PDVD9) in my MP options for MPEG-2 decoder as you show in the SAF installation description.
I did install the latest verson: saf400beta23test5.exe.

    Can you help me?

I have to admit I am just a user. So altough I followed the instruction, I wouldn't know how to deinstall a codec or so.

    Thanks a lot.

Locked or unlocked? If you have locked you have to put the Cyberlink codec (CLVsd.ax) in the root of C:\ yourself.

You need to unlock SAF. Re-read first page...
