Sorry , my bad! It was spmething about my led tv motion plus... It's solved now.
BTW I have one mkv that doesn't start. Ill post a sample here....

I'm currently using MP1.1.0.0 Final+SAF5.0 running on an Atom330/ION.
I use PDVD10 as my main codec as I have noticed some stutter in the playback using ffdshow dxva. PDVD seems to provide me a better playback experience. Also for my DVD & TV playback I have been using PDVD10, which does the job perfectly.
Recently, I've been experimenting with Bluray playback. Using a combination of BD Handler and AnyDVD/HD, Ive been able to playback BD discs succesfully. So far so good...
When I playback an m2ts file encoded with AVC, MP (and MPC player for that matter) uses the PDVD10 codec to playback the file. Stutterfree and with high quality.
However, when I start to playback an m2ts file encoded with VC-1, both MP and MPC revert to the ffdshow dxva codec. I know this by connecting to the remote graph using GraphMonitor. Unfortunately, the playback isn't stutter free this time and I would like to see what the result would be when I use the PDVD codec.
Is there any way to force MP to use the PDVD codec for all m2ts files?
I read on the PDVD site that PDVD does support VC-1 so it should be able to playback the file. Just don't understand why it falls back to ffdshow when the encoding is vc-1 and uses PDVD when the encoding is AVC.
Any comments, suggestions?

The client has not got enough grunt to process this - so I turned off resize.
From my poor eyes (and potentially the SD content I use) I can not see any difference from this being on or off?

Resize doesnot work correctly in MePo.

As I understand, any functions performed within FFDSHOW are handled by the CPU.
This means if FFDSHOW Resize is enabled, your CPU performs the work of resizing before passing the video along to your GPU.
If FFDSHOW Resize is disabled, the work is instead performed by your GPU -- assuming you are viewing the video larger than original size (e.g. full screen). Note that if MePo Zoom level = Original, then no resizing will occur.
If your GPU does this task adequately, that's good. And why not let it do that job, as it is a GPU after all!
One other thought: Deinterlacing takes a decent amount of processing power as well, so you can look to see if FFDSHOW (therefore CPU) is performing this or if this job is being passed to your GPU. If FFDSHOW is handling this, you can select which method of deinterlacing to use, as some are more computationally intensive than others. Search back through this thread for tips on this... 1. In order to have MePo select the Cyberlink VC-1 codec, I had to tell ffdshow not to use itself in Mediaportal.exe (in the configuration). Is there a more elegant way to ensure which codec is selected in MePo for playback of m2ts files?

2) Yes, and that is the reason, why i dont use this loader in SAF. There is not any easy way how to play VC-1i right now. It need to be supported by FFMpeg firstly.

Until today I had 100823 version of SAF 5.00 installed.
Last week I installed AC3Filter to test something out on TV, I had some sync issues, and forgot to uninstall it afterwards.
Today I went to upgrade to newest svn of SAF, 100921, and it prompted me to uninstall AC3Filter, which I did, and continued with install of SAF afterwards.
The problem is that since I did all that I have no AC3 sound (DD or DTS) without AC3Filter being installed, so SAF alone does not work (and it used to before today).
To give you some background, I went to upgrade because the newest Soup episode (The.Soup.2010.09.24.720p.HDTV.x264-MOMENTUM) I downloaded crashes within second of playing in MePo.
It's the first time since I began to use MePo that I have such thing happen.
That particular MKV doesn't crash if I enable Automated Decoder Settings.
This is how I had codecs for video set up when they are not Automatic.
Output on ffdshow is the following:
