I also tested my DVD in MPC-HC, and it worked as it should in there. So it is definately a Mediaportal problem. Could you make a bug report, Bert?

No.
As always - did you tryed to play them in Graphstudio - Start - SAF - Tools - graphstudio. Drag and drop your video here and hit play.

Is there a difference in settings between XP/vista/win7 ?

Yes I have tried GraphStudio now and there it's super. It plays smooth so to say. And it uses DXVA Video.
Does that help to determine the issue?

I should say that I'm using "Dynamic refresh frame rate" in MePo. I don't know if that should have anything to do with it.

Yes. That means it is not a SAF issue
