In graphstudio: LAV Audio Decoder--->Default DirectSound Device

In MePo_Config/Codecs&Render/Audio_Render I've set "Speakers EMU-EDSP" (for video/dvd/tv) NOT "Default DirectSound Device" and after watching the movie with MePo my selection disappear, the Audio_Render box is empty.

    And?
Does it working in graphstudio or not?
You should use default audio renderer in mepo.

I must deselect DD & DTS in LAV Audio Config to make it work.
If DD e DTS are selected the audio movie dosen't work in both programs (MePo & GraphStudio)

    sorry Hoborg,
I think it's a problem by the audio card  .
I wrote to the technical forum for advice on the correct setting.

    Hi all.
Anyone still using using Monogram AAC or DivX AAC decoder?
I think both are obsolete now, fully replaced by LAV Audio decoder, so there are no reason to be still part of SAF.

    What do you think?

BTW, if anyone interested to try, here is SAF 6.1.4 WIP build with DVD decoding over LAV Video decoder.
I am just testing it now, so you can too :)
So i thinks you can compile e new SAF without ffdshow at all :)
Nope, a lot is still missing in LAVF :/ Subitles support, shortcuts to control audio channels switch, enable/disable subtitles, etc...
But this is not MePo users issue.

Tonight I've been trying hard to get 5.1 AAC to work in MediaPortal after finding out that LAVF can't handle it properly. I was quite sure FFDShow could handle this and convert it to 5.1 AC3, but it doesn't work (running a GIT build of MediaPortal 1.3.0), not from installing FFDShow beside LAVF or uninstalling both and installing SAF 6.13.

Is 5.1 AAC in LAVF on the way? *downloading SAF 6.14*

AAC in LAVF working as it should.
Or do you mean AAC passthrough? This is not planed in LAVF, but you can use for example ReClock for it.[DOUBLEPOST=1349636805][/DOUBLEPOST]BTW, i noticed an issue in LAV video decoder and DVD decoding - while YADIF is on, DVD menu highlight doesnot work correctly.

    EDIT:
    Fixed :)
    Please reupload WIP build.
