scan finds just a few channels (1 Viewer)

Hi,
I have tried lot of versions from RC1 to SVN of last night, but the channesl-scan finds (on astra) just around 380 TV channels. All the main channels are missing (ARD, ZDF, RTL, Pro7, Premiere ...).

I have tried a channel-scan with dvbProg without any problems!
What can this be. Is there already a solution for it?

Meanwhile I have tried Win XP SP2, Win XP MCE, Win Vista 32bit.

Under XP Sp2 my TV-card shows me a signal of 100% and quality of 80%.
Under MCE and Vista I have also 100% signal but just 30% quality!!! How is this possible???
