TV Card Driver</strong>: latest BDA Driver from 2007 (no more recent one aviable)</p><p><strong>Satelite/CableTV Provider</strong>: Cable TV - Kabel Deutschland</p><p></p><p></p><p>Hi,</p><p></p><p>today i wanted to give Media Portal a try, as i am not fully satisfied with the Terratec Home Cinema Application.</p><p></p><p>I downloaded the most recent Installer and clicked my way through the setup (want to watch tv, no HDTV, use TV-Server with MS SQL)</p><p></p><p>Installation went through without a problem.</p><p>Afterwards started the TV-Server Configuration. No Problem with loging into the DB.</p><p></p><p>I clicked my way through the menu to get via installed Device to the channel search.</p><p>The Cinergy 400 was reckognized without a problem...</p><p></p><p>I picked Germany as the country, set the source to cable and left the sensivity on medium.</p><p>Clicked on search for channels and it did something...at least the green bar was growing to the right...</p><p></p><p>But as it finished searching...there where no channels.</p><p>I tried different countries, different sensivities...even switched to antenna...</p><p></p><p>Nothing happend.</p><p></p><p>What´s going wrong here?</p><p></p><p>Most interesting is, that after doing a search with no result, i´m no longer able to navigate through the tv-server setup.</p><p>When i click in a point in the menu on the left, it changes the header, but not the content of the tabs...no matter where i click...</p><p></p><p>Can someone help me out?</p></blockquote><p></p>
