TV Server can't record when the PC is asleep (suspended/hibernated etc.).
Were you expecting the PC to automatically wake up for these recordings?
If yes, you need to be aware that TV Server doesn't do that without some intervention. Specifically: you need to enable and configure the PowerScheduler plugin. Either that or you need some other external mechanism for ensuring the PC is awake at the required times.
