Good Morning,

we are using Ver. 1.02 Client/Server (1 server and 2 clients)in Vista Business SP1(both the client and server) with 1 FloppyDtv T/CI(we have tested several FW and DRV), CAM Diablo Light Ver 2.3(we have tested several version of firmware like Underworld,Stealth and Horizon) with a Mediaset Premium (Italy) valid card subsciption.
In clients if i swith from FTA channels in same trasponder(freq.) everything works fine.
In one client if i swith from Scrambled channels in same trasponder(freq.) in same client the image freeze on channel selected and other client freeze image on current channel; No error log in server and clients.
To return to the proper functioning i have to exit MediaPortal from the first client and then restart.
This is a bug or something wrong?

Thank you for your reply.

    hi Athos,

I have a very similar cfg and everything works fine ( only first tune after reboot/resume sometimes fails ).
Please use latest firmware and stable driver ( 4.5.N ).

Which hardware revision are you on ? Can you test with a "SamsungCAM" (please specify rev.) ?

    Simone

The only difference that i noticed is on the my smart card:

    Smart Card-> Mediaset:

    Ver. : NCMED005
    rev. : REV500

    This could be the problem?

Have you tried using a different video codec? Such as PowerDVDs?

    Please share your logs:

    1. stop tvserver and close MP
    2. delete all logs from both TVE and MP dirs
    3. start tvserver
    4. reproduce the error with as less as possible steps to keep the logs small
    5. collect them

Most likely something in the FloppyDTV or less probable something in your firewire controller/driver.

I would log a case with DE.
