Installation type = single seat (server and client on same machine)

Description:
Encrypted (scrambled) DVB-S radio is not working.
When selecting e.g a Premiere channel (CAM+smartcard inserted and open of course) in my radio there will be no sound/audio output.
The server is tuning the selected channels within a second and starts timeshifting without any problem. But MP client will not play music.
I can playback the timeshift file *.ts with e.g. vlc without any problem.
It seems that from server side all is ok, but client has a problem with playback.

I checked the log files (attached) but there is nothing very special imho. There is no error.log.
All seems to work ok. But I'm not a specialist in this case.

Maybe it's a known problem but I searched all community and found nothing similar.

Is it a bug?

I checked that with my system as well and it didn't work. However, I think this is not a MP bug but a contract issue.

In my log file "TsWriter.log", I see the following:

With this information, I have checked the PREMIERE website (www.pemiere.de) and I have found the following information:

PREMIERE MUSIC STUDIO bietet Ihnen Musik pur ohne Unterbrechungen in digitaler Tonqualität. Auf unseren 21 Audiokanälen läuft Ihre Lieblingsmusik von Rock bis Klassik - mit Informationen zu laufenden Songs auf dem Fernsehbildschirm. Sie können PREMIERE MUSIC STUDIO als Bestandteil von PREMIERE THEMA oder als Einzelabo buchen.

Summary:
You need either a "PREMIERE MUSIC STUDIO" or a "PREMIERE THEMA" Abo to be able to hear the PREMIERE radio channels. I do not have one of those.

Maybe you don't see this error message in TsWriter.log because you have disabled the messages of the CAM in the CAM setup.

Hi Andreas,

I have the Premiere Thema package open. With the TV appl (TT-Media) I can listen these channels and the tvserver engine is timeshifting the channel too if I tune it within MP. The timeshift file I can listen without any problems so I thought it should be possible in MP too.

As the timeshift file is ok with the descrambled audio I think there is something wrong within MP or TVClient. But I have no idea why its not working as it should and I got no response from official MP guys if it should work and its a bug or if this behaviour is normal....

May be you have an idea whats going wrong...

Hi Andreas,

for this reason I put this post in the bugreports section. But nobody seems to take care about this. I even don't know if it should work or if other users are more sucessfull than me with their payRadio in MP.

Hopefully someone will take attention about this, I think it'll not be a big thing because descrambling and timeshifting is working fine on server side.
