SD switch to HD channel problem (1 Viewer)

Hi All,

I also have the problem with all HD channels. On my setup the screen goes black and there is sound. I have tried almost anything but nothing is working.

Has anyone found a solution to this problem.

Hi@all,

I do face exactly the same problem.
When switching from SD to HD MP first tells me "No signal", but it works at a second try. Backkwards from HD to SD exactly the same.

Would be very interrested in any hint........

I'm using the latest SVN too, but the problem still exist for me.

Hi dumbo79,

of course I also un- and reinstalled hoborgs great SAF package after upgrading to latest SVN. Perhaps this is the reason why it now works for me. It is anyways worth a try to go for Hoborgs SAF. Plays all files incl. DXVA (where possible).

Hi,

I already use the latest SVN build (1.1.0 Beta1 and SVN 24669) and SAF v4.00beta22. So I can't understand why it wouldn't work for me. Do you know what's the problem was and in what in file it was fixed?

I had the same issue a while ago in 1.0.1 and cannot remember what was the problem. since 1.0.2. it's gone. And that happened when I switched to 1080i channels. 720p where no problem at all.

Nobody was able to help and I did the following as workaround:
Press stop on your remote control. TV stops then if you press "Stop Live TV now?" after that I've switched to a HD channel.

But have you tried to provide a log? maybe a dev could help then.
