second audio stream on TV (1 Viewer)

I give up. I just cannot get the second language stream on TV. It's like MP dos not see that TV has 2 streams, though it sees stereo and mono sound.
If I load an avi file with 2 language streams ffdshow and haali start and changing language works just fine.
With TV only ffdshow starts. If Haali should start too, can I force it ? What am I doing wrong?
I use MP 0.2.2.0 with SVN of April 25 and TVE3

If a channel has possibilty of 3 audio language I never can choose the second
MP choose the 3rd
