[fixed] Series Banners are only used if they are "Graphical" (1 Viewer)

Hi.
Found an issue with TVDB Wide Banners in MP2. There are 3 types of banners, blank, text and graphical. MP2 is downloading all of then, but displays only the graphical ones. If a series don't have a graphical banner then nothing is displayed at all. As you can see here at "A- Team".

There is only a text banner available:

Just copy the banner as "graphical" is working...
