series handling for configured schedule is not permanently stored in db (1 Viewer)

I have a strange problem with a scheduled series recording.
I have configured a daily recording with the option to store only 3 episodes of the series. (Unser Sandmännchen)

This works well for a certain time. The schedule survives a restart of the tv-service and also a reboot of the server.

But after some days without modifying the schedule I have this:

The "Episodes to keep counter" has changed from 3 too "keep all"

Does anybody have an idea what is causing this?

I have attached the client and server logs from creating the schedule and all from know where I have mentioned that the setting has changed
