Shortcut to 'Add to playlist' (1 Viewer)

I would like to configure one of my buttons on the remote to the Add to playlist option. If I'm on a series, I press the button on my remote, the episode is added to the current playlist. Is there a shortcut for Add to playlist?
Now I have to invoke Context menu by pressing Menu on remote, then select Add to playlist (or to press 2 on my remote). Anyway, it is a two button combination, and it would be excellent to have a direct shortcut.
Since I use IRSS, I tried to configure a macro (context menu then 2) but it doesn't seams to work. Any ideas?

I dont think its possible yet. I will look into mapping the standard action to that so you can use the remote/keyboard mappings to configure your remote control.

What I did to make this work with the remote:
- I have created a macro in IRSS: F9 (to bring up the context menu in MP TV), -> PAUSE of 400 msc > down arrow (since it is option number two) -> Enter
I have assigned this macro to my INFO button on Harmony remote (as IMON Pad), with MP TV Plugin process condition. Now, when I press INFO in series/episode view, the episode is added to the current playlist. I also created a macro for Curent Playlist, using the same method described above.
It is not perfect, since it is not a direct command, but a macro, however, it works fine and its a lot faster and easier then clicking so many times when using playlists.

It would be great if we could have mapped/direct commands in MP TV for these options within the context menu and all menus.

There is an existing enhancement request for that already, so 'star' the following issue to stay informed:

But just as ltfearme added an option to use the Picture Forward/Reverse MePo actions to scroll through cover images, I'm sure he can find another free MePo action that you can then map for this function. And then once issue #394 gets finished, we will be able to control and adjust this from within control panel.

The ideal solution would be if MediaPortal allows plugin developers to attach themselve to the API of the config to add their own events to the mapping list, but that will probably not happen until MediaPortal v2.
