    Well, to answer your question:

Go to the MediaPortal directory and then into your skin directory.
You'll find a bunch of .XML files in there. Look for the .XML file of the plugin (for example for Moving Pictures you look for MovingPictures.xml) and open that file in notepad.

on the top you'll find something like this:

    Code:
    <window>
      <id>96742</id>
      <defaultcontrol>50</defaultcontrol>
      <allowoverlay>no</allowoverlay>

And there you'll have your plugin ID (96742 in this case) :)

    Hi guys,
I've installed the Plugins and everything worked great. And something happened, and the Vol+, Vol- and Mute will not work. I've tried I think every software version of iMon, V7+, and then downgraded to V 6.20. And the Vol+, Vol- and Mute still don't work. Any suggestions? This is a great plugin, but this is the only thing that does not work.
    Windows7
    MediaPortal 1.1.0.0 SVN 24669
    Antec Fusion Black HTPC
    iMon 6.20, RM200 remote control

    Kindest regards,

    Kjartan

I have win7, imon and MP 1.1 rev 24975. For me the shortcutter plugin works as it should.

Using it to map some buttons on my harmony to jump directly to tv guide, mpseries and moving pictures. Not problems at all.

Both the 1.0 and 1.1 version works fine on my SVN version.

I'm afraid I'm also having problems with the ShortCut'er plugin. It worked fine with my old installation on Vista but since I changed to Windows 7 it's not working any more.
I copied the dll into the plugin folder but the problem is that I even don't see the plugin in the mediaportal configuration screen. Have I missed anything?
