When I press the button to get theaters all theaters except the Loganholme one appear. Have tried different suburbs around this cinema and it still does not show up in the list of cinemas to check.

I have this too - because I live on the boundary between to towns the plugin only shows cinemas local to the 2 towns if I enter them separately.
If I enter them both with the | (pipe - City1|City2) symbol between it shows the cinemas local to me properly - try that

@Sea Monkey - premature is always a problem...

thanks SpudR, still not finding the Loganholme theatre. Tried many combinations of pipes. Any other suggestions, as this cinema is the only one within 30km that we can get to.

Hmm...
If I shove in the country as Australia and the city as Loganholme I get the attached - do you get something else or is there a specific cinema you wants?
Try your postcode too

Exactly. However, if you do an internet search for cinemas in loganholme, you also get http://www.eventcinemas.com.au/Cinema/Loganholme, which was included a few months ago, but is now missing.

I am still having trouble with the event cinema at "Loganholme" in Queensland Australia. It does not show up on the search as it once did. Could you have a look please.
