I am having the same problem as described here.. https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/threads/no-channels-found-ceton-comcast.124274/

I have set the CAM and other settings as described in several posts as well as trying the TVLibrary.dll file they described but have not been able to complete a scan of channels. Have completely disabled the firewall as well with no luck.

Also when trying to pull the log files it takes me to My Documents folder and no log files exist. Happy to pull them if I knew where they were.

Thanks!!

    Hello and welcome Brian! :)

So, to be clear: you're trying to get your tuner working with MediaPortal 2 and NativeTV 3.0?

I do need the log files. If you're using MediaPortal 2 then the TV Server logs are are actually funnelled into the MP2 Server logs. So, could you please try to find and post the MP2 Server log file.

    Regards,
    mm

thanks for the quick reply... Just tried it on another identical computer with same issues.

I am not able to locate the log files. I see the log4net dll file but no logs seem to be generated. I searched the entire Team MediaPortal folder structure for *.log ad nothing came up.[DOUBLEPOST=1438037525][/DOUBLEPOST]Apologies... Brainfart... I was looking in ProgramFiles not ProgramData.

Here is the logfile. the .log is from the second computer I tried and the zip file is from the original computer

Problem seems to be that the IPTV source is missing. Please could you explain the solution for this. The situation is not clear to me.

If this is the cause, there will be a public installer available soon, which contains the updated TVE3 package (up to MP1.12). The released build unfortunately contained broken filter files.

Until then there is an updated plugin already available for testing: https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...io-in-mediaportal2.131317/page-2#post-1144021. It should also fix missing radio groups.

@morpheus_xx, installed your new build on a fresh computer. That worked to get the channels scanned but I am not able to view any tv. Looks like a graph problem from the logs.

@mm1352000 any idea about the cause?
    TvLibrary.TvException: Unable to start graph
    at TvLibrary.Implementations.DVB.TvCardDvbBase.RunGraph(Int32 subChannel)
at TvLibrary.Implementations.DVB.TvCardDvbBase.DoTune(Int32 subChannelId, IChannel channel, Boolean ignorePMT)
    at TvLibrary.Implementations.DVB.TvCardATSC.Tune(Int32 subChannelId, IChannel channel)
Still some filters missing, not registered? But then I'd have thought it should fail during graph construction, not when running graph.

I suspect the problem is related to MPIPTVSource.ini, but I can't be sure without the IPTV filter log... and a debug level output for TVE may be helpful too.
