I have bought an LCD display from Sure Electronics on Ebay:

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/419744/LCD Display/IMG_20100921_144936.jpg

It uses a Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge controller, the Silicon Labs driver installs a virtual com port (com4). I can communicate to the LCD module using the small utility with the display. However in MP there is no response from the display I have tried all the drivers listed in the minidisplay plugin.

Is there anyone else currently using this display with MP if not can someone give me some pointers on what to try next?

cheers:D

Do you have a data sheet at the display, or a link to some Information about the display.
