I just worked on resolving some issues with the overlay and now I'm working on the 'tvcompress' and 'settings' screens. I had hoped to upload an update in the weekend, but there are many, many screens to go through. I'm discovering the far corners of MP, "... going where no man has gone before ..."

I will look into the visualisation after that.

What about MP 0.2.3.0 support?
I have MP under Vista and have some problems with this skin in My Music section. It's affect Now Playing and function.
Do you have plans about some changes in this skin?

Unfortunately I have not been able to do any work on the skin for over a year. It is used in our household entertainment system every day, but I'm aware that it is not ready.

I would like to get back onto it, but I'm holding my breath. On the one hand I don't want to work on 2.2.0 and having to redo the work for 2.3.0, on the other hand what I read does not give me the confidence to move to 2.3.0. For me stability is everthing and I do not have the time for trail and error.

I have loaded version 2.3.0 on my development machine, the skin seems to work without any issues. I have not tried the TV function because I do not have tuners in this machine.

I' considering moving the living room machine to 2.3.0, but I'm still a little hesitant. Forgive me a stupid question; What advantages does 2.3.0 have over 2.2.0?

You mentioned some issues with the skin in the My Music section. Can you be a litle more specific? Is this with 2.3.0 or also with 2.2.0? I can see if I can fix it.

OK, I couldn't resist, I have upgraded the living room machine to 0.2.3.0. And I ran into trouble ...

The myprograms.xml skin file used to record TV programs doesn't work and it doesn't seem easy to solve. I will post another mail to see if some-one can help.
