It was intended as an animated pin. But the recording pins in MP are hard coded. So it is not possible

I am not at a machine to look now but could you give me a list of which pin files are the ones that could be animated.
I like this

It should not be too difficult to change the hardcoded PNG to check for GIF as well (doubt this would get into 1.2 but let me know)

There also is something like an animated png (apng). Only Mp has to support that too.
About APNG | the APNG. brought to you by phug.ca

That would be nice if it was implemented. Looks like it's just an extension to the png format

Maybe something to post in the feature requests forum.

For tv series will a full screen banner view be available. I missed that in Maya and it would be great if supported in this skin.

Thanks but you will prob get less queries of there is a ballpark on release - should we expect in the coming days, this month or later etc. Slips from this are fine as we know you are working on releasing a great skin with as few bugs as possible but some people are checking for a release every day without knowing what's realistic.

I am looking forward to trying out your work here when it's ready.
