Nice

Looks great! really clean.
Will you include MyTVSeries and Last.FM support? Personally I just want those to be in any skin that I use...

Keep it up!

Hi,

Thanks for all the feedback! I will post an update tonight with a slightly darker version of the skin. I'm currently at work. I think I will keep the same background for now but everyone can of course change that background as they wish...

What are the requirements for posting a first test version to this site? Can it be hosted here or do I need to do that myself?

Regarding what to support I am not sure about LastFM since I don't use it myself but maybe at a later stage. Tv series will for sure be supported!

Ok, thats nice! It would be interesting to share what I have right now. It will probably generate a massive bug list but that's only good...

This looks very promising, but I agree with Mirk about the background.
A solid color would look better imo.

Oh and if you did not know; if you rename your movies with 2 files to "...cd1.avi and ...cd2.avi" You dont get two covers in your list like on one of the previews..
MP will then know that there is two files (or three) and play them in the right order. And still only show one cover/movie.
I will for sure try that when I find the time... Thanks for the tip!

djohansson - Have you looked at Glenn's (knickname: grassynoel) skin called Simplify? In the following thread he talks about creating the background he uses for his skin, that skin appears to look like a curtain. Maybe with some of your design with Glenn's creativity you could come up with a background that doesn't appear so hypnotic?

See post where he talks about the background image: https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/showpost.php?p=83324&postcount=13

    Hi,

I will obviously need to ship it with an alternative bacjground. I have made some tests with a slightly gradient dark background and it looks nice as well. On my 42" plasma the current background looks really nice, not hypnotic at all... :)

We'll see what the first public version will look like...
