At first Glance this Skin is awesome. I will recommend however to town down the glass effect.

There is not enough solid colours and it is hard to focus on items causing strains on teh eye. maybe a little transparency will work with this.

i switched from streamedmp to this one.
however, could you point me how to change the dvd cover/case in movingpictures (list view)
i'd like to replace with the blank one (without any case) or use custom, e.g. bluray case
all my movies are 1080p mkv, so the dvd doesn't fit
that would be perfect.

To thank you for your switch to Xtreme I want to try to satisfy your needs in the most simple way possible (without to edit any xml file), so attached you can find a zip file containing 2 png's to have bluray case instead of default DVD one.
You have simply to copy that files in Xtreme Media folder (overwrite existing files), clean skin cache and restart MediaPortal.
Below some screenshots of the results.

...to correct that it is necessary to act on xml files; copy attached xml's in Xtreme main folder and let me know if all is ok

As per some suggestions I've received, I've tryed to improve the readability of almost all screens, changing some overlays and characters size (I hope now all is more readable and clear).
From now on my personal workplan is to dedicate all time to improve Xtreme for MP1.3; for example I want to try to implement a theme with horizontal menù for basichome.

...it's for MP1.2.3 (this is why I've written "from now on my personal workplan is... to improve Xtreme for MP1.3" ).
Of course all main improvements will be ported to the next release of the skin for MP1.3.
