Good day
I have a problem with decoding pay offer Czech operator Skylink. Satellite Card for Digital Devices Cine V6 and an additional two tuner cards. CI module is connected to the main card pci V6. CI module of MASCOM twin.tv. Latest firmware on the CI module and the latest drivers for satellite card. Decoding system Irdeto.

Decoding is the problem with switching tv stream. Occasionally will not start at startup. Pops program is coded. After selecting another program decoding relays.

The main problem lies in the monitoring programs. After some time caa 4-5 hours run TV will power outages in decoding. Interruption of sound and image in the form of decay bricks. Helps stop your stream and turn on again. This occurs in both HD programs and for SD.

SAF Codecs - Cyberlink DVD 12, now try ffdshow. This problem started to occur caa week ago. Therefore, I can think of changes in the encoding operator. Please log in obtaining guidance and the necessary data for analysis of the problem.

Thank you for your help Martin Chromy

    Hello Martin

We have very little control over decrypting for Digital Devices tuners. TV Server tells the tuner to "decrypt service ABC" and the tuner should do it. If it doesn't then it may indicate an issue with the tuner driver or CAM.
Please post your TV Server log files so that we can analyse them:
    1. Open TV Server configuration.
    2. Click "open log directory" in the top left corner.
    3. Zip up all the files you find there and attach the zip file here.

After some time caa 4-5 hours run TV will power outages in decoding. Interruption of sound and image in the form of decay bricks. Helps stop your stream and turn on again. This occurs in both HD programs and for SD.
It is a little unusual to have problems starting after such a long time. Could the GPU, tuner, CAM or other hardware be overheating?

Thank you for the quick response
The links below are placed logs grids, MediaPortal server and documented temperature cpu and gpu. Access card provider does not overheat in the chip more than the set top box - I assume it's ok. It's warmer, but exactly the kind of temperature is Topfield 6000CR.
