1. Ahh :) only works when I push the left button :) Nothing happens on the right button...

2. nice ;)

3. It should react exactly like when you push on a contact.

4. Yep, but you should have the posibility to set that in an option page... Fore example I would like my skype status to be Busy and the text "Watching movie", and it should not disturb me...
But when I see TV it would be nice if a popup box in the corner comes up and I can deside answer/don't...

Just one more think... When TV is running its overlaps Call, Hold, Stop Call... buttons...

hehe now you have some things to working on ;)

Let me know how it goes... i will keep testing

Next Test Release

Version 0.1.1.1 is available - see https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/sh...&postcount=168

Version 0.1.0.7 is available below (https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/showpost.php?p=138723&postcount=127)
with changes to the GUI - looking for comments...

-----------------

Here is the next release of the updated plugin. The two installs are identical, except the "minimal" version doesn't include the graphics, which don't change very often, so after installing it once, you should be able to use the minimal version.

Requires MediaPortal 0.2.2.0+ and Skype 3.0.0.218+, but Skype 3.1.0.144 has been released...

(I test on the latest Skype version, and the betas if they are supposed to fix any problems I've encountered...)

---------------------------------------------------------------
Fixes and Changes for 0.1.0.6 (21-Mar-2007):

- Added contact's status image to contact details;
- Display current contact's Mood text, RichMoodText (whatever this is :) ), or About text, whichever is found first;
- Added sorting of contacts - by Name, or by Status, then Name;
- BugFix: Contacts' statuses change in the list now :)

I've also moved the call/hold/etc buttons over underneath the (now shortened!) Contact list, so the Video overlay doesn't obscure the buttons. Navigation is still problematic...

---------------------------------------------------------------
V0.1.0.5:

- Handles active calls better on entry to the plugin

Info button
- with an active call focused, allows stop/hold/resume - current functionality
- with a contact focused, gives contact details (including time difference);

Some notes:

1. [Edit:] Auto-start/shutdown of Skype now work properly :)

2. Video is Send only - currently you'll have to use the Skype client to view incoming (until Naked Skype arrives at some indeterminate date in the future)

3. There's no security on Skype Credit-using features, so watch the kids!

4. Still gets confused with >1 active call - I don't recommend this...

[Files removed from this post to avoid confusion]

1. Ahh :) only works when I push the left button :) Nothing happens on the right button...

Yep, and I don't know why, although I've got a couple of theories to test out...

3. It should react exactly like when you push on a contact.

I'll put it in the queue...

4. Yep, but you should have the posibility to set that in an option page... Fore example I would like my skype status to be Busy and the text "Watching movie", and it should not disturb me...

Ah-hah - Mood Text... I suppose you'll want me to add the name of the show, video or track you're listening to/watching, as well... :)

Just one more think... When TV is running its overlaps Call, Hold, Stop Call... buttons...

Yeah - it needs a bit of a redesign, to fit everything in... Especially as there's more contact-related buttons coming (VoiceMail, etc)

hehe now you have some things to working on ;)

Yeah, right - like I didn't have enough already! :)

Let me know how it goes... i will keep testing

Me too :)

I've been looking into the navigation problem: I want the right-arrow to go from the Contacts list (on the right) over to the Status/SkypeOut/History group on the left hand side. The other direction works (mostly) - holding down the left-arrow cycles round the screen right-to-left.

I've confirmed (for myself anyway) that this is the way that the listcontrol works - the same behaviour is exhibited by the Music Playlist control. The focus shifts to the pageUp/Down controls for the list, and doesn't seem to want to leave...

I'll see if I can find a work-around.

Mood text yeah it could be fun if its write the show... But we got a porn issue ;) LOL Don't want my grandmom to see "Don't disturb.. GetWell watching: %/(%¤(%¤%" :D

I also find a navigation problem on the History page... its difficult to navigate to the list, because of the deactivation of Puge I think...

I'll try the new version to night :)

Can i just install it, or should i remove the other version first?

Just install it - it should overwrite the old one...

Yeah - I wondered about the name problem - config option would take care of it.

I'm kind of ignoring the history page at the moment, since the only thing it was able to do was purge, and that doesn't work with Skype4COM yet (list++)

and now 0.1.0.5 - see above as always...

Purge History won't be available until an API fix is released by Skype - the current schedule is apparently April-May. I haven't been able to find a work-around - I can't even delete the old calls one-at-a-time...
