Maniac, any ideas to solve my issue with this plugin?

Hi Maniac,

I'm sorry to bother you again, but I just wanted to know if you had any ideas about the problem that I'm expriencing with this plugin. It seems to be a great plugin, but for some reason I can't make the navigation work.

Any hint will be greatly appreciated!

Is the newest Skype plugin also supprted by Mediaportal 1.3.0. Anyway I followed the earlier suggestions and unregistered SkypeAPI.dll uninstalle ActiveS and installed it again.

I got following log in Mediportal concerning Skype Plugin:

Thanks for your feedback, I'll correct that point soon.
In fact the plugin was checking if Skype was running, your configuration does not seems compatible was that check. I'll make a non-blocking checking.

I do not provide backward compatibility. The plugin is too "young" for the moment.

hi there maniac ..

i updated my PC so skype runs perfectly now

i installed ActiveS and its comes up in MP just fine noones online so i cant check calling(just yet)

is it possible to do an auto-accept for MP to use Skype? or is that out of your control? kinda pesky when u first install the plugin

It's impossible to manage skype access rights automatically. It's a Skype Built-in feature.

However, it will aks you only once if you select the right access option !

Why when I start a call, the skype windows opening?

djrudy, it'due to your skype configuration. In Skype's options you could disable the skype's window openning when your receive a call.

Thanks for your reply but the problem is when I call, not when I receve a call. (skype version 1.4)
