Has anyone tried to setup a hotkey in Skpye to answer a call and map this to a macro that can be executed from the remote control?

I don't understand the need for this. When a call comes through a box pops up asking if you want to answer the call with a "Yes" or "No" option. A hotkey would save one keypress, I guess...

Hmmmm... Mine just rings and rings while the media keeps playing. Are you using a plugin? May I ask what version?

Nice plugin


I got two problems/requests:

1) When I start MP the Skype Main Window opens up resulting that, although MP loads to the foreground (full screen), MP loses focus and I can't control it with my remote before I do a mouse click on it.

2) Would be possible to get support for the B2 16:9 skin. I've simply copied the normal B2 skin files, but it looks kind of silly with text overlapping.

Hello All,

I have installed the Skype plugin. I have the feature release of skype & mediaportal. I can make calls, and recieve them. My video call works too.
If you kill media portal 1/2 way through a call you can proceed to use full 2 way video call.

But, I can only see 5 of my contacts, the names in the list also don't scroll. Also if you go back, the menu stays on screen forever corupting the screen.

Skype plugin would be usable if these to things were fixed on my install.

Does anyone know where we can get the activeS libs for the mySkype plugin? The hosting site for the activeS libs is totally gone.
