    note: MediaPortal always determins a signal level of 0 for the Skystar2. even when it is working. seems like the dirvers do not support the sharing of the signal level?

    ---------- MediaPortal Client: ----------

    Configuration: Network - 1 TV-Server -> streaming

    1. start MediaPortal
    2. enter MyTV
    3. tune to ProSieben
    4. MyTV displayed "NO Video/Audio detected"
    5. tune to SAT.1
    6. works MediaPortal displays SAT.1
    7. after ~4seconds Video starts to stutter
    8. after about 15 seconds more MediaPortal freezes
    9. CPU load is at 100%

    10. only way to get out is to kill the MediaPortal.exe task (which took about 3 minutes to get the taskmanager to do it)
    11. start MediaPortal again
    12. enter MyTV
    13. enter "Active TV-Streams"
    14. still streamin the same channel
    15. select this stream
    16. after ~4seconds Video starts to stutter like before. stuttering aso starts to increase again.
    17. closed mediaportal before i freezes again

    additional informations:
    this issue is 100% reproduceable with the Skystar2.

    Watching a channel on the Happauge NOVA-T USB2 Stick in MyTV on the same client does NOT show this behaviour.
    even after one hour it is still working like a charm.


    ---------- VLC: ----------

    Test 1: connect to Skystar2 Stream:
    1. start VLC
    2. connect to the stream of the Skystar2
    3. VLC is displaying the stream
    4. after ~4 seconds VLC stutters shortly, shows artefacts and reports problems

    5. every ~10 seconds VLC continues to stutter shortly and reports the same errors.

    Test 2: connect to Hauppauge NOVA-T USB2 Stick Stream:
    1. start VLC
    2. connect to the stream of the Hauppauge NOVA-T USB2 Stick
    3. VLC is displaying the stream
    4. after ~15 minutes still NO ERROR, NO STUTTERING. -> works like a charm
