Slow Channel change (3 Viewers)

Got a prob. Running latest tvserver and client. Got 2 computers. Channel change takes 20-23 sec if running MP on the server but if I watch TV from a client it only takes 1-3 sec. I cannot figure out why but I guess when watching tv on the same machine MP uses different filters to watch tv( I am guessing)

when it takes a long time the logs look like this. It just halts! and then changes the channel.
From 14:32:02 to 14:32:23 it just sits there!!!!
Any ideas?

meantime do u know if its the same mechanism when watching tv from a client than if then client is on the same computer?Same filter ? same stream or do the one use the ts files directly?

On single seat setup the timeshifting files are used directly.

2 twinhan dvb-T cars with ci +cam
TS files are on a seperate disc than system is

I got the same MP version and files on both computers so its a bit strange..

ANY tips where I could start looking?

Rev 18341 with DTV2000H is very slow too.

Hi,

I've reloaded my system and have been trying to tune it as bets as possible.
The biggest issue I now have is very slow channel changes. Attached are my logs from the TV server and single seat client.

Any suggestion is much appreciated.

I still have this issue but not on a client that uses streaming. Only have it on the pc that also contains the server. NEver did solve it and I am glad I do not use that pc for viewing tv.
tried all svn builds since way back and no change.
