Well, some files change automatically (assemblyinfo.cs for example) when I compile.
Then, I can't create one .diff file for all the master trunk otherwise, there will be not needed files.
But, when we push, it's possible to choose files pushed...

you can revert file before sending
but the best is to build MP from >tools>installationscript > the nsi file with X64 name.
with this none assembly is modified

I had problem with building MP, as explained here.
Also, it's faster to copy configuration.exe or setupTV.exe for testing instead of building and install entire MP application.

you don't need to copy exe file, will work in bin folder.

In this case, yes, perhaps but not always, depending on where the work/changes is/are...
And finally NO, after testing, launching configuration.exe inside /release code folder doesn't work.
