I have a client/server setup working pretty well but one thing that has me a little stumped is some of my scheduled recordings start 6-7 minutes late...

I have all programs set to start 5 minutes before the program starts so a show that should start at 8:00 should start at 7:55 but doesn't start until 8:06.

It appears to be the same shows each week that start late and I can't figure out exactly why. I have imported an old setup into a newer build and i'm thinking of just deleting all my recordings and starting again but thought i'd check and see if there are any known issues along this line.

Just to update on this one.

I have 2 x DUAL digital tuners (totals 4 tuners) installed in an XP SP3 with DVB fix. I have a DNTV Dual Hybrid S2 card and an AverMedia A177 card

The TV server does see all 4 tuners and it "appears" they all work BUT after doing a test by shifting one of the Avermedia tuners to highest priority (rather than 3 and 4 priority) when trying to view TV the client says that "Audio Codec cannot be found". If I use either tuner from the DNTV card all is fine and both tuners work great.

Now, IF I disable one of the tuners on the Avermedia card and shift the AverMedia tuner to 1st priority it works fine. It appears that I have issues if I try and use more than 3 digital tuners. I think this may have been causing my issue with scheduled recordings starting late due to the tuner failing.

This is acceptable for me (3 is enough) but I just wanted to know if there is any kind of limit that prevents all 4 working or if the AverMedia card is just a little weak. I never expected to even get it going but if I get a single tuner out of it then that's fine.
