That looks right - I don't know why the sub-folders aren't there, but you may as well give it a try - the GUID you need (right click -> copy key name) is the long number inside the curly brackets.

Hi All,
Owlsroost - huge thanks, mate - that seems to have fixed it
There was only a 0000 folder and a vidoe folder, but changing it as per the instructions and your first file worked great. Interface is now showing as DVI and I have more screen resolutions available.
