i still have small issue with Hebrew in my music if i display the list of cd in list mode it have no problem displaying Hebrew characters but if i change it to thumbnail mode i can't see Hebrew characters in the main window i can only see them in the lower frame

the same thing also happening in my pictures

any ideas how can i fix it ??

Im sorry, but i dont think this a skin bug.
Have you tested to delete the Spinsafe Revolve folder in the cashe folder and start MP ?.
Does it work with BlueTwo?

yes i try to delete the cache folder but the problem remains
and it does work in blue two and in revision or other skins
I tried to take the fonts.xml from blue two and replace it with spin safe revolve one and delete the cache but the problem remains so it's not a font issue
any ideas

in references.xml in the <description>default thumbnail panel</description> section the font is set to <font>-</font>
if i change it <font>font13</font> or <font>font11</font> for example i can see hebew in the thumbnails part

what does <font>-</font> means where does it take the font from ?

Ok for now i changed the references.xml and put <font>font9</font> instead of <font>-</font> in the thumbnail section and in film strip section so now i can see hebrew in these section
i'm not sure it's the best fix up probably there is a way do it more elegantly but ...

I have new problem in the tv screen if i watch live tv without recording or time shifting when i enter schedule recording or recorded tv the tv window won't minimize

if the tv is from a file ( movie file, recorded tv, live tv with recording, on or even music ) it work fine the bug only appear for live tv stream

i start my MP on Windows XP2 at startup, the i see this screen,

with an small red icon and an green icon and there was written "Now playing",

if i go to the mainmenu on top an go back to the mainscreen i became a screen like this,

And who can i change the lanuage comments like "myTV" or "myMusic" ?

An other problem i see is, in the filmdisply mode with the cd covers, if i make mouseover the cover
grow bigger, if i stop seconds later the cd cover grows up , in this moment it will be displayed
correctly.

Is the any reason to set fix values for display the the icons or tabells in the screens, z.b.
MxMusic fix set to icons big, and die tracklist als list, and it cant be changed ?

for most of your problems i can't help you too much since i'm a noob myself
but for how to change lanuage comments like "myTV" or "myMusic" i believe that it can done inside your mediaportal dir language\string_(your language).xml
you probably need to delete the cache directory in order for it to work

in hebrew - time of the current show info is right to left - everything else is correct
i've already reported it as a bug as this problem appears in every skin, but maybe you can tell me what xml it is - i can try and fix it myself

I have tested with my old SVN and now the latest. And i can not reproduce it.
Have you deleted the spinsafe revolve folder placed in the cashe folder and restarted MP ?

Good. I have fixed the font problems in the next release.
The tv window bug is added to the bugtracker.

The reason for this is that i have impimented this in a stupid way so the are no muse support in Basic home screen,

Yeah, this is a bug in the skinengine i think.

When viewing the TV Guide, only the first 188 channel icons show up... any icons after the first 188 show up blank... this seems to be consistent between different channel groups. Attached is a screen shot of what it looks like once you get to the 189th channel icon...

Yea... almost 600 channels and only about 5 that are worth watching ;-)

I do think it is a MediaPortal bug... I had a reply from another user with the same problem over in the bugs forum just a few minutes ago... and I submitted some logs for the Dev's to look at... I just wanted to make sure that I wasn't wasting the Dev's time if it could possibly be a skin engine issue.
