stand-alone TV-Server installation ? (1 Viewer)

For some reason SQLSERVERExpress fails to start and seems to be corrupt.
I cannot longer access tv-configuration.
I would like to keep my existing mediaportal configuration but like to re-install the tv-server (without touching anything else).
Can I do that ?
