Startup MP dancing logo (1 Viewer)

Hi all, hope you can help me out. I installed the latest MP, latest SAF, latest tv series and moving pictures. When i startup MP it loads all but then i see a screen with the dancing MP logo guys

It doesnt continue to the beginscreen. Can someone help?

Sounds like Harley's easter-egg for B#, though I never did see it (never could figure it out)

In any case the eastern egg should be removed. No point in wasting resources anymore with it

Simple solution. I reinstalled MP. Hopefully this doesnt happen anymore and if so i will post screenshot etc.

I have been experiencing the same problem. Running win 7 64. With the blue 2 wide skin I have those dancing MP guys and with fidelity skin I have a black screen. I have done a screenshot and joined the mediaportal log after running the debug mode.

I forgot to specify I have the latest Mptv series and moving pictures installed

And what's more, there is no way to do anything else than exiting mediaportal (ie mediaportal is stuck to this animated pic) because when I start MP again it shows the same picture over and over.

OK ! I have the MP easter egg active. The link provided does not tell how to go back to normal, juse how to find it. For now I'm stuck with those MP guys. Nothing I click on the top bar seems working, only the cross makes me exit MP, and when I launch MP again I'm directly on the easter egg active pic.

I have done some tests.
I never start MP with basic home screen, so I did go in the configuration of MP and ticked "start with basic home screen" and mp started normaly and I was able to activate de easter egg. After exiting MP and launching it again MP starts normaly. But with "start with basic home screen" unticked, MP starts with the dancing guys again and there is no way to get rid of them. Did I miss something ?

now you will see that the smal star on the basichomeheader will change his colour from white to yellow
4. now press the "return" or "ok" button.

So you cannot switch the star back to white to disable, also might be worthwhile deleting the blue3\wide folder that is inside the cached folder, which can be found by opening MP config and at the top is a link to user files.

I performed some more tests :

1. deleted blue3wide folder in cache folder
2. started MP with "start with basic home screen" unchecked : directly goes on dancing guys without any choice and no keys of the top bar is effective exept the cross that closes MP. Some keys are freezeing the animation for half a second and then the animation continues
3. started MP with "start with basic home screen" checked : MP starts normally
4. with mp launched with "start with basic home screen" checked : activated the easter egg and no problem to inactivate it. Clicking on the top bar menu stoped it and I got back to the basic home screen with no problem.
5. started MP with "start with basic home screen" unchecked : directly goes on dancing guys once again. It seems that MP is stuck to the easter egg when "start with basic home screen" is unchecked. It sounds like a bug.
