Strange problem with remote client (1 Viewer)

We downloaded the last'est svn for september for the client machine and the most recent TV3 server we could find as well.

server machine works fine that is preview time shift etc also if we run client software on server combined its works fine aswell..
but on a separate client on lan problem is channel cannot be changed at all..epg and program guide seems to work fine on client machine

error log contains:

to add to my post above...
ive noticed on the tv3 server when clicked on manual i can see my client connected also i can see it change channel but on client at bottom right where it shows ch it stays the same does not change ch name...so my datbasae must be working...im well confused by this...should the ch name change to same as u have selected surely...why is it stuck?
any help please...im new to this and about to give up...

ive gone through all the posts regarding this problem seems im the only one...
the latest is server machine using client along with it works fine...i can change chs fine...
but run client on separate lan machine no go just stays on the selected channel at top of list...as a last resort i deleted all scambled chs now the client pc goes to top of list agn and still wont change...
im not giving up on this as i feel this is summit stupid im doing...
has anyone had this problem apart from me...also as i said ive only been at this 2 days so i have not learnt any shortcuts yet i enc error log is there any other logs i can post that may help?

problem solved
win2003 has mpeg 2 demuxer xp on client did not...client runs now and changes ch fine...but is very lumpy will have to play with some settings...here is the reg entry incase anyone else cant get picture or sound and locked on a ch
