Now I have moved I no longer have access to DVB-T and have moved to DVB-s using a tbs 6984 card. 50% of the time it is working fine but then the other 50% is failing due to "stream rejected". It is tuning to astra 28.2e and when working has a perfect picture.  So is this due to poor signal? or is there some other issue with card drivers or something?
