Stutter after change from video to TV (1 Viewer)

Hi, i've this problem..

After view a video (AVI/MKV...) if i switch to TV for 1 minute is stuttering.

After a minute all it's ok...

I use 1.1 BETA with Cyberlink PowerDVD 9 and Vista codecs...
ATI Radeon HD 4350 with Catalys 9.11.

Can anyone help me??
