During scanning signal has been 100% all the time.When i tune to a HD channel, the picture is there withint 2/3 secs and from the start it's synced.Using PDVD11 codec for TV.So.... The sync issue i was having before with NED 1, 2 &amp; 3 (didn't have any other HD channels before 1-9) is also gone.Can't see that the card makes any difference, but it really starts to look like a signal issue on your side.</blockquote>
