Stuttering TV on SD & HD Channels (1 Viewer)

I've followed the guidelines from here from top to bottom with no luck. I've tried a clean install of the latest version of Media Portal, also with no luck!

http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/1_MEDIAPORTAL_1/16_Support/Troubleshooting/Stuttering_Playback

When testing timeshifting on HD and SD channels the signal strength and quality are both good. I'm getting seriously frustrated at not being able to resolve this very annoying issue!

Attached are the TV service and MP logs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

    Hello

    Full log files are going to be needed:
    http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/1_MEDIAPORTAL_1/16_Support/3_Forums/2_Log_Files

    Right now we're especially missing the TsWriter log files and MediaPortal.xml file (which will be included if you follow the instructions linked above).

    From the TsReader log:
    [2013-12-30 17:46:08,069] [ 8251e80] [11dc] - audPin:CompleteConnect() ok, filter: LAV Audio Decoder
    [2013-12-30 17:46:08,644] [ 8251e80] [11dc] - audPin:CompleteConnect() ok, filter: DivX AAC Decoder
    [2013-12-30 17:46:08,694] [ 8251e80] [11dc] - audPin:CompleteConnect() ok, filter: MONOGRAM AAC Decoder
    [2013-12-30 17:46:09,477] [ 8251e80] [11dc] - vidPin:CompleteConnect() ok, filter: ffdshow DXVA Video Decoder

    ...I would suspect you might not have configured codecs.

    Thanks :)
    As suspected, tons of continuity errors in your TsWriter log. That usually indicates one of two things:
    1. Signal strength/quality issues.
    2. Timeshift HDD stress.
    If your signal quality is okay then check your HDD. Common culprits for HDD issues:
    1. HDD almost full.
    2. Realtime anti-virus/spyware/malware protection software set to scan the MP and/or TV Server program, timeshift, recording and setting directories.
    MS Security Essentials is really good at causing this problem.

    I've uninstalled the anti virus software and the graphs in media portal look much better. I've attached the to tswriter.log for confirmation.

    Thanks
